Question 1

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

We aim for 7 days of work. In some cases it takes longer. After that, Google decides how long the review takes.

Question 2

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

€1,500, a fixed fee per account. The Scale option is priced on request via WhatsApp.

Question 3

Why not just a marketing agency?

Accepted Answer

A broad agency charges around €3,000 on average and often just resubmits the account, while the back end is not always fixed. We only do Google Merchant Center and put the back end fully in order.

Question 4

What do I have to do myself?

Accepted Answer

Only the personal part. You give access to Shopify and Google Merchant Center; we do the work.

Question 5

How do we communicate?

Accepted Answer

Every store gets its own Slack channel. All communication and progress happens there. No loose emails, no searching.

Question 6

Can I change anything myself during the work?

Accepted Answer

Products, prices, shipping settings, the store and Merchant Center are only changed after consulting us, so nothing goes wrong during the review.

Question 7

Can’t I just create a new account?

Accepted Answer

Don’t create new Merchant Center accounts for the same store. We restore your existing account instead.

Question 8

What if my account gets suspended again?

Accepted Answer

If your account gets suspended again within the guarantee period, we restore it again at no cost. The standard guarantee runs 3 to 6 months, depending on your niche. The guarantee is void if you make changes without consulting us.

Question 9

What is the Scale option?

Accepted Answer

Want to work on your store soon after the restore? With the Scale option your guarantee runs 30 days and you may make changes yourself sooner: urgency and reviews after 2 weeks, prices of 10 bestsellers after 3 weeks. Price on request via WhatsApp.

Question 10

Do you also do Google Ads or other marketing?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything we do is Google Merchant Center. No ads, no SEO, no side projects.
